We first met with Jennifer on a recommendation we received from a friend of a friend. We explained to her what we had in mind as we wanted to finish a project we had started. We met with her, went over our plans and boy did she hit the ground running. She had an offer for us with a week, even though we didn’t finish the project! We closed entire deal within 3 weeks. She presented our property in such a positive way. She is very professional and helpful. She made our entire real estate deal stress free. I would highly recommend Jennifer.

I don't think I can say enough GREAT things about Jody as our realtor. She sold our house as well as helped us find our dream home. The process went very smoothly and she was always sure to answer any questions we had. She even went out of her way to help decorate our home for an open house to make sure it was show ready. VERY impressive. Sandi definitely went above and beyond and she was knowledgeable about the area. We were moving from out of state and she looked at houses we couldn’t make it to and did a FaceTime through the whole house. Even after closing she made sure everything was ready for my family and me to move in. She always answered our calls and never left us waiting. She helped set up and meet inspectors, contractors, and painters. She is definitely a diamond in the ruff. I recommend her and if we ever need a realtor she is definitely our go to.

We did 2 transactions and would highly recommend. She listed and sold my house in a week. I also bought a house from her. She was always available but I tried to leave her alone on weekends.
