We were moving to Montana from a different state, neither one have ever even been to Montana, much less to physically see the houses. And we landed on the best realtor we could've asked for. When she inspects the house for a client, she looks at it as if it is her purchasing it. She told us what materials were where, the issues the houses had, we knew if there were any cracks or other good reasons not to purchase the house. We had a major issue with lender not performing on a timely manner and she was there the whole time, making sure we are taken care of, sending emails, calling. Thanks to Korynne, our move was not as stressful as everyone said it would be, because we knew we were in great hands and had nothing to worry about! She is simply amazing, professional, listens to your needs, is a great person overall and does her absolute best.

My wife and I began searching for a piece of land in the Montana and Wyoming area a little over a year ago. We we’re having very little success and we’re having a hard time finding a realtor that we could depend on to help us and really give us any attention. That all changed when we we’re lucky enough to meet Korynne. She instantly made us feel as though we we’re her top priority even though we weren’t looking to break the bank on a piece of property. From the beginning Korynne listened to what we were looking for, and found us some beautiful properties to look at, most of which we weren’t even aware were on the market. Throughout the process we hit every bump in the road imaginable but Korynne never lost faith in our desire to find the perfect property even though we did. She constantly found us new properties to look at and even inspected them before we flew out to look at them to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for. In the end, Korynne showed us a piece of property we absolutely fell in love with in Wyoming, the only downside was Korynne was unable to represent us in Wyoming. We felt we owed it to Korynne to find something else that she would be compensated for helping us with, but she wouldn’t have it. She wanted us to find out dream property no matter what. She assisted us from the offer to closing making sure everything went smoothly even though she was not able to be compensated for it. We ended up getting our dream property and it wouldn’t have happened without Korynne Kern. We have done a lot of real estate transactions with some great and not so great people, but we can say without a doubt Korynne Kern is the most honest, hard working, organized, dedicated and selfless agent we have ever met. We owe our dream of owning a piece of Big Sky country to Korynne and we consider her not just our go to agent but a friend. I relly enjoyed Victoria as my realtor. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and wants for the property I wanted. She is very professional and had lots of knowledge in helping me with the loan process. Unfortunately I was not approved for my loan and had to resend my offer on my property. I will be in contact with her in the next few months when I am more financially ready to buy a home.
