Got my house sold in just a few weeks. Constant contact response!! Great advice on repairs needed and what is important to buyer. This is my fifth home or piece of land I have sold using a realtor. The other four were good....but Kerry will be my first choice when I again need a realtor.

Kerry is an EXCELLENT realtor, resource, and most importantly person. As a detailed and organized person, I decided to interview realtors before selecting one. Kerry came to the meeting prepared, knowledgeable, and ready to work. She was the obvious choice. We saw multiple homes over a few months (I’m particular) and she quickly picked up on my style and top needs/wants in a home. As this was my first home purchase I needed some guidance. She has tremendous knowledge about maintaining, remodeling, and the value of a home. I was impressed that she even pointed out potential problems in houses (she didn’t hide anything in order to make a sale). Instead, she pointed them out so I was aware and could make an informed decision. My future and home purchase was of value to her. Which leads me to the most important point: Kerry has the intangibles. She is honest, trustworthy, works harder than anyone else, takes care of business, always has a positive attitude, and is a good person. She is responsive, will answer all of your questions with a smile on her face, and make buying or selling a home stress free!

Selling a home for the first time can be quite intimidating, but Kerry Martinson was there the whole time and always comforting during any doubts. Her expertise and knowledge is unmatchable, I highly recommend having her on the team anytime you are buying or selling your home. I know I’m grateful I did! I first want to say that Kerry sold my moms home in ONE day. She came over the day before listing and added a personal touch to the house that made the home look picture perfect. Her recommendations and expertise with selling homes is top notch. Kerry was able to streamline our inspection process and was able to refer the most affordable and professional contractors to fix our minor issues with the inspection. Honestly, I would never go with another realtor in Billings. There is a reason she has some of the highest sales numbers in Billings! She will take care if you and make sure that your home gets sold. Trust me. You will not regret calling her for any of your realtor needs. ??????????

Kerry is incredible! She is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of of real estate, and answers any questions or concerns you might have. We chose her to sell our previous home and to purchase our current one. She goes the extra mile to assist you with inspections and appraisals, and makes sure you don’t miss any deadlines. Kerry is the best realtor!! She helped me buy AND sell my home in Billings. As a first time buyer, and coming from out of state, she handled everything remotely (inspections, negotiating in appliances, everything!). As a first time seller (and again moving out of state for work), she walked me through staging, arranged professional photography, great social media advertising, and an open house. She kept me informed after literally every showing about the feedback the house was getting; I loved being informed. After I moved out of the house, she stopped by and checked on it routinely to make sure everything was looking great and that the home was secure. We had the pleasure of working with Kerry Martinson and she was amazing! Her dedication to finding us our first home was more than expected, she truly went above and beyond. She was always available for phone calls, texts, or emails, was very responsive and prompt, and answered all of our questions.
