Kerry was great to work with. She took the time to get to know us and really understand what our family was looking for in a home. She was available for showings quickly when new listing came on the market. She has great insight on the Billings real estate market so I could trust her feedback. We have bought and sold a few homes over the years and Kerry was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with.

First of all, I like to say that you probably won't find any realtor as honest, ethical and passionate about real estate as Kerry. This is the first time I'm writing a review for a realtor because she deserves it. Surprisingly, I met Kerry through Google search just out of frustration with other agents I've done business with in the past. My wife and I reached out to four agents including Kerry to help with real estate investment properties here in Billings MT. In just three days we discontinued with the other three realtor. We were extremely impressed with the experience, attention to detail, commitment and responsiveness from Kerry that we only wished we had met her all along. Honestly her experience and negotiating skills in this field is unrivalled. We didn't only get 12k for a new roof but an extra 10k from the seller for other upgrades on that property that I wasn't expecting or requested. Kerry went above and beyond and made sure my interests was first and also made sure we weren't leaving any money on the table. She had our back from day 1 to closing. She is all about the clients best interest, always willing to listen to you anytime of the day and resolves issues promptly. She made the whole process seamless compared to previous experience. Literarilly, she is a complete package for all real estate business whether you're buying a home, selling a home, fix and flips, rental property, construction, want to invest in real estate remotely, or just need some quality investment advice, etc. You won't be disappointed. Don't just take my word for it, look at her resume; the awards and recognition she has locally and nationally says it all. You just don't get those kinds of awards being ordinary. How many realtors can boast of the same accomplishments yet she's about the most humble and nicest person you ever meet and treats you with respect regardless of whether it's a million dollar or 100k home you like to invest. I highly recommend her.

Our family has now sold 3 houses and bought1 thru Kerry. Houses sold quickly, she had relationships with Contractors for minor repairs, arranged inspections, helped with financing and closing, etc. She is simply the best !

Kerry was everything I heard she would be and more. Her level of experience in guiding this out-of-stater through purchasing a home from afar, was nothing short of amazing. Kerry is knowledgeable, the consummate professional and offered a wealth of insights. As anyone who has purchased a house knows, availability of a real estate agent is key to this process. I would rate Kerry a 10 out of 10 on availability. She answered all of our questions, and yes, I had a ton of them! She was patient with us and re-explained several parts of the transaction so we could fully understand and be confident in our decision. Kerry is absolutely fantastic. I am moving to Billings from Louisiana and she went above and beyond to help me find and buy a home that I absolutely love. Kerry made it easy to get everything done for the home buying process despite me being out of state. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable and I quickly developed complete faith in her. Kerry is a great communicator and she was on top of everything before I could even ask. She completely understood my taste and was able to show me several properties that were a good fit for me. This is the third house that I have purchased and Kerry helped to make this the best buying process I have had by far.
