I relly enjoyed Victoria as my realtor. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and wants for the property I wanted. She is very professional and had lots of knowledge in helping me with the loan process. Unfortunately I was not approved for my loan and had to resend my offer on my property. I will be in contact with her in the next few months when I am more financially ready to buy a home.

My partner and I were planning to move to Billings and took a trip to get the lay of the land! We needed to begin the process of what goes I into moving over states lines. Last minute from our short weekend, we reached out to a realtor whose phone number was on a sign infront of a housing structure we loved. Little did we know Sheila Larsen would be the greatest part of our weekend. She immediately returned our call on Halloween weekend, and gave us a tour of Billings within 8 hour notice. She was insightful, caring, knowledgeable of every neighborhood, housing structures, builders, and what billing has to offer! It truly was a blessing to receive the help of someone like Sheila. I would and will recommend Sheila 10/10 times.

We feel very fortunate to have found Megyn to help us purchase a home. She: Listened. Responded quickly. Was patient with our questions. Positive attitude, cheerful. Innovative. She secured for us the home we wanted, and we LOVE our location/home. We could not have found/purchased this home without her guidance. If there is a concern, it is with us (not her)-- the purchasers; we made an offer based on market value, and it was immediately accepted. Period. Full stop. I honestly wish we would have gone in a bit lower than market value to see if owners requested more; I'll always wonder if we paid too much. :-) Would use Megyn again in a NY minute, for sure.
