Shelia and her team went above and beyond in helping with the purchase of our new home. The knew we picked the right agent when she didn’t hesitate to work and show us some properties on the weekend. Once we found the right home to make an offer on everything fell into place and made the closing quick and easy. Best experience ever in a home purchase. Sheila and Mary did an amazing job assisting us with our purchase of a "new construction" home. We were not local, so we could not stop by in person to see the progress. Sheila and Mary facilitated video meetings with the builder, and always made sure to advocate for us and to make sure that the progress stayed on target. I would not have wanted anybody else for this process, they really are that good.

We were selling mobile homes on rented lots in our mobile home park and I live across the state so needed an agent nearby enough who was willing to advertise, show and sell three homes for us. At a time when the market was hot and these were small dollar sales, Victoria stepped up to the plate and did a fantastic job for us! All three homes were sold and she took care of all the details, showings, paperwork and communications between the buyers, title company and us in a professional and timely manner. She is communicative and always responds quickly. Uses on line signing and is able to work with everyone remotely very well. I would recommend Victoria to anyone selling a home, business or commercial property. She did an awesome job!

Sheila and Mary are wonderful. She has years of experience and knowledge in the industry, so I've used her on 3 homes sales now! She is professional, knows the Montana market, knows realtors in the area, and knows how to navigate issues that arise. She would remind us how she was our representative, so she would act in order to make our wishes happen. During this crazy real estate market I felt it was important to work with someone who knew what they were doing, and Sheila is definitely that person!

If you need a realtor, you must contact Victoria! My family was in CO while we were trying to buy a home in MT. Buying a home is a huge deal, but doing so out of state felt even more daunting.
