Chance is extremely professional. Which is a quality I appreciate. He's gone above and beyond what I expect from a real estate agent in both of my purchases through him. The first purchase with Chance could have fallen through as the seller seemingly desired as they had second thoughts. But when I was working out of state and the home needed some drywall in the garage to pass appraisal, Chance personally threw it up on his own time and dollar. The sale of that home and the purchase of the next both came with contingencies and obligations that Chance's experience and knowledge made easy to navigate. He gave clear answers in situations that seemed muddy. I've thoroughly enjoyed having Chance represent my family the last few years.

Chance is a Zillow premier agent. That means your listing is always on top so buyers see your house all the time. This is what sells a house in this world. It took me awhile to figure the whole thing out but once I did and hired Chance, our home sold to the first person who looked at it AFTER wasting a year with another agent.

Chance is an excellent agent. My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the Flathead Valley. We were new to the area so we looked at a lot of homes for sale. We looked all over the valley. Chance really took great care of us and represented our interests extremely well. Beyond the business, Chance is simply a great person. My husband and I were looking to buy a house in the Flathead Valley area. We didn't know any realtors in Montana so I just did a Google search and Chance's name & picture popped up. He looked like a nice guy so I sent a request for a phone call and not 10 minutes later (which I loved), he called me back and the rest is history. We flew out one time to look at properties and he was so helpful & accommodating and we saw everything we wanted to see. When we found our dream home (on a Sunday morning), he immediately got the paperwork started. Being from Washington State, it was a little stressful taking care of everything on-line and he made that process painless. We consider him a friend now and would HIGHLY recommend his services! We had the pleasure of working with Chance to purchase a home in Columbia Falls. At our first meeting, he was able to put together a list of properties for us to visit the next day. He was very willing to show us properties in a short time. When we made our decision to go ahead with a purchase, he worked efficiently to make the closing happen within a month.
