Chance listed our Condo when we purchased another home. The market had been on an upswing but we wanted to sell quickly because we had already purchased another home. Chance new the market and used an excellent photographer to showcase our condo. Within two days of listing we had multiple offers and accepted one that was over asking price. The process was smooth and Chance answered all of our nervous questions as things progressed. Great experience, thanks you.

Chance was recommended to me by a friend. I was pleased with my experience. He was very responsive and kept me up-to-date. He was able to set up appointments on short notice and had a good working relationship with other agents in the area. This was very helpful through the whole process. He kept to the guidelines I gave him and adjusted as we adjusted our needs and priorities. Once we found the house we wanted Chance worked very hard to make sure we got it and we are very happy.

Chance is great real estate agent. We were looking at a couple different housing programs. Chance sent over lots of different properties that would accommodate us and he was always on top of getting us showings. He always responded when an hour of me or my wife asking him questions. This was our first house we bought and Chance was very knowledgeable how we should go about getting the seller to accept out offer.
