Three months ago I moved to Billings with my wife and 2 kids and wanted to find a 3 unit investment property. After asking for a referral for a good realtor, I had to pick between 2 "highly recommended" realtors but ended up going with Sheila because she had been described as "hard working" and I liked the idea of having someone working around the clock to find a property that could act as both a home for my family and investment property. Long story short, Sheila's hard work is hands down the reason why I was able to buy the perfect home for my family. First off, there wasn't much inventory on the market for what I was looking for, but Sheila went the extra mile to ensure that I got to view properties either before they were even put on the market or immediately after they were listed. Once we found the property that we liked, Sheila worked quickly over the weekend to get it under contract for us so that the seller's realtor had to cancel the rest of his showings because it was a highly desired property. I was even extremely impressed with Sheila's excellent negotiation skills and she ALWAYS had excellent communication with me calling, texting or emailing me updates constantly. While all of the reasons I have already listed above are enough to make me extremely happy with her services, the REAL reason I say that she is hard working and the absolute best at what she does is because she saved the day after my home got appraised for $20K less than the agreed upon purchase price. This basically killed my original financing, BUT within 24 hours Sheila had set up an appointment for me to meet with a local bank, obtain special financing (approved within 24 hrs!) and knocked off an additional $5K off the purchase price to make it all work. I truly believe that if I had used any other realtor I would still be without a home and extremely upset -- Good news is Sheila saved the day! She even worked quickly enough so that I could bring my 2 day old baby home from the hospital to his own nursery. Thanks Sheila for all that you did for my family. Sheila Larsen is a 10!!! Incredibly personable and a GREAT listener! Very knowledgeable about the market, the homes available, and builders in the area. One of the most professional real estate agents we have met. My husband and I had a great experience working with Sheila and her colleague, Martha Ridgway, in our home search in Billings, Montana. She showed us homes in the price range we had given her and helped us narrow down our primary desires in our home search. We would recommend Sheila in a heartbeat!!

We both bought and sold a home with SHEILA LARSON. We were so impressed with her when we purchased our home that we used her again when we sold our home in Billings, Sheila worked timelessly to get our home sold. In less than 30 days she listed it, had an open house and sold it! We had already left the area so before every showing Sheila would go to the house to turn on lights and get it ready to show. After the showing she returned to make certain everything was in order. Upon selling it, she made herself available to let the inspector and several contractors inside to complete necessary work. We are not sure how we would have done all that being we were several states away at our new residence. We highly recommend SHEILA and once again recommend you call her!

Sheila gets the job done. Sheila was highly recommend to me for my second time buying a home (first time was a nightmare!) Working 40+ hours a week, Shelia's flexible schedule made it easy to keep in touch and not to the point where you email in the evening and get a response by mid afternoon, she was prompt and most times contacting me back within minutes! Love the home and the whole home buying experience made possible with Sheila.

Sheila is simply amazing! Very knowledgeable in both buying and selling. She is goes above and beyond working with all moving pieces of the buying and selling and explaining it all to us in the process. She is very prompt to getting back to you regarding questions or concerns. We have bought and sold several houses in the Billings area. Most of them we have not used a realtor but decided to have Sheila handle this purchase for us. It was a blessing in disguise. Sheila went way beyond the call of duty. 48 hours before closing we had several problems come up with the house. Sheila was able to use her contacts and she had men working on the house to allow the sale to go through on time. She never made us feel pressured but gave advice when asked. She has adjusted her plans several times to show us listings. After going through the house purchase with Sheila, we know we will be calling her again.

I only wish there were 10 stars to rate this outstanding lady. From day one she patiently showed me many homes she thought I might like over a 4 mos. period. She listened to my preferences and valued my time frame & price range . She worked well with other professionals & asked pertinent questions for my benefit clarifying the real estate jargon for me. Even when she was on vacation, she arranged for colleagues to show me homes when I was in Billings. She is very knowledgeable about businesses & resources in Billings which was so helpful . She contacted me often and answered my calls & texts rapidly . Purchasing a home is stressfull and Shelia went above and beyond to alleviate my anxiety throughout the process . Even after the closing she has been available to answer questions & provide guidance & support. It is quite obvious that Shelia is passionate about her profession and dedicated to her clients. Sheila helped my husband and I throughout the whole process of selling our house from the beginning to the end. We discussed what things needed to be updated and followed through with every suggestion. Most of the suggestions we had already planned on doing....but it was good to know we were on the right track! She was very good at pricing our place....a much higher price than we expected! She kept us updated (almost daily) on the how the property was doing once we put it on the market. She started with an open house right away.... and let us know how many people showed up and how many people were interested in buying. We were very pleased with her as a professional and as a friend. She couldn't have done a better job for us. We HIGHLY recommend her as a real estate agent. Friends of ours, who visited our open house, were also very impressed with her. She knows the business and she will help you sell your house as soon as she can....you would be lucky to have her help you sell your property!
