Sheila was great to work with and knew the billings community like the back of her hand. Being a first time homebuyer, it was nice to have an experienced realtor to help with the different areas of town and what the price the house should be and not what they are listed at. My husband and I had spoken to several agents before Sheila was recommended to us. From the get go we knew she was the agent for us. She is an amazing, warm, and very caring agent. She went out of her way countless times to help us buy a house. She negotiated fairly and impressively when we decided on a house. We were able to stay in the price range we wanted without compromising on the structural stability of the house. Sheila was always 100% on top of everything going on: the market as it shifted, our jobs, how my husband was doing(recent dignosis of MS). She never let anything slip and her response time was always great. I would recommend Sheila to anyone and have ??. I haven't met a single person yet in our dealings that wasn't impressed with her demeanor, attitude, and knowledge. The respect she has been well earned from our prospectives.

Sheila is a wonderful, warm, and very caring agent. She negotiated fairly and impressively when we finally decided on a house and refused to let us be pushed around just because it was our first home. Sheila was always 100% on top of everything going on--the market as it shifted, our jobs, how the baby was--she never let anything slip. She's become a dear friend in the (many, many!) months it took us to find and buy a home and I cannot imagine our experience being any better.
