Sheila makes the process of buying a home almost effortless. She listened to my list of priorities and wishes and found me the perfect home. All in ONE day. Each home that we toured filled my checklist. But then there was that one perfect one for me. I am from out of town and Sheila stayed at the office late to fill out the paper work...explained and guided me through the endless papers that needed signing. She answered any questions I had before the closing immediately. Sheila is one of those rare people who is on time and knowledgeable about the housing market in Billings.

Sheila is very knowledgeable and experienced in the Billings market. She is well connected and knows of upcoming sales before they're listed. She sold our house without it being listed so when we went to purchase our new one there was no contingent sale. There was never any sales pressure and she knows that real estate takes time, so we never felt hurried to buy if it didn't match what we wanted. Sheila is fun, smooth, fast to respond, professional and I'd definitely recommend her to anyone!

Sheila was very professional and had empathy for our situation. Even when she was out of town she made sure that we were cared for and never left us wondering what was happening with the purchase. We only met her a couple of months ago from calling on a listing she had on a duplex from her sign in the front yard. We consider Sheila a very good and trustworthy friend now. We have already recommended her to others!

Sheila is absolutely top notch! She has helped us buy and sell a home in Billings; the latest being the sale of our home prior to our move to Arizona. She was great in negotiating with the purchaser's agent, getting us the best possible deal. My husband and I moved two weeks after going under contract and left Sheila in charge of everything. She came through with flying colors! She handled everything from inspection items to sprinkler repairs and cleaning of the house and kept us informed all through the process. I would highly recommend Sheila for anyone buying or selling a home in Billings! She's simply the best!

We met Sheila at an open house in 2012. Three years later, we were finally ready to buy a house. We had such a wonderful conversation with Sheila that one day in 2012 that she immediately came to mind when looking for a realtor. We couldn't have found a better real estate agent! We spent three or four months looking for houses before finding the perfect place. Sheila eagerly showed us around dozens of listings. Unlike other realtors we've used, she never displayed any impatience over our long search. Spending a few hours looking at houses with Sheila was often the highlight of my week, since it was fun to chat with her and get excited about houses. Sheila seemed to know everyone in town and every detail about the real estate market. Once we found our house, Sheila was instrumental in helping us negotiate with the listing agent and sellers to make sure that we got the best price possible. We got a price we were thrilled with. When things came up in our housing inspection, Sheila was great at advocating on our behalf with the listing agent and displayed great patience with our very picky fix-it list. Our loan process was also a bit complicate due to using an online lender. She helped us understand what the process would be like and made sure that everything on her end went through quickly. I had a great time buying our current house and a big reason is that I so enjoyed working with Sheila. I feel like I've not only found a great real estate agent, but also a friend.

UPDATE: We've also sold a house with Sheila now. She was a total asset throughout the process and knows how to sell houses fast. We had signed offers on within 24hrs of our house "hitting the market", and then again when our original buyer buyer backed out. We had to move out of state before closing and Sheila handled a number issues that came up as closing approached. All in all the Sheila really helped minimize the stress involved with the house selling portion of our big move. Previous Review: Sheila is wonderful person and an amazing realtor. She worked super hard for us and left no stone unturned as we dug through the Billings market looking for a house. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions, and Sheila always had a knowledgeable answer for us. We never felt pressured to buy a home that wasn't right for us. Sheila was always available and willing to pursue all possible avenues to help us find our place. We will definitely work with her again!
