Sheila provided us with honest and enthusiastic service. Her approach to marketing our home was wonderful. Timing was not great as we needed to sell our home during the winter months. She worked hard for us during the slow time, and did not lose momentum as spring finally arrived and the market woke up. It took longer than we had hoped to sell our house, but it was due to timing & market conditions. Sheila did a great job for us.

Sheila is outstanding. She is hardworking, easy to work with, and has a very calm personality. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box is certainly one of Sheila's many strengths. She is well connected in the real estate industry. When it was time to address issues that came up in the inspection, she again proved her competency and ensured all the issues were resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Sheila was recommended to me by a good friend at work. I called her and she talked with me about my lifestyle and my work, and I felt comfortable with her right away. We went out on multiple occassions, and she narrowed down my interests, and I quickly found what I wanted and more importantly did not want! My favorite part about Sheila is she never rushed me or made suggestions on what I should buy, but built on our time together learning what I needed in a perfect home here in Billings. Sheila pointed out the good and bad in every neighborhood and has such a strong history of knowledge in this area! One day, I got a call and she found the perfect home about to go on market and I was able to make an offer and buy my perfect home! She is amazing! I worked with Sheila Larsen to sell a home in Billings after moving to New York City. Sheila was knowledgeable, professional, and she and her team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, especially Korrine Barth, kept me informed during the sale process and handled the many details I could not take care of since I was two time zones away. Sheila came recommended by a highly competent property manager I have worked with for many years in Billings. But she set herself apart from the many professional real estate agents by taking care of what turned out to be a difficult transaction. Late in the sales process we discovered that my home needed foundation work, at an unknown cost. This sort of late-breaking development would scare off most buyers. Sheila’s knowledge of the local market and her network of contacts including professional engineers, inspectors, and contractors allowed her to find a buyer who was keen to undertake the work at a price that was fair to both of us. Challenges like this are luckily rare, but they provide an opportunity for exceptional individuals to shine. Sheila and her team did a stellar job.

Sheila Larsen is the best real estate professional that I have ever worked with. She was constantly in contact with my husband and I during every step of the process for selling our home. Sheila definitely goes above and beyond! Sheila explained anything questions and concerns that we had along the way.
