His local connections with excellent engineers and contractors assured prompt responses, even in a very busy construction season. He is always immediately available to get quick answers to the multitude of questions that arise during the buy-sell process - his responsiveness made the process immensely faster and smoother. He is creative, knowledgeable, unflappable, and willing to do whatever it takes to complete the buy-sale. He even packed up a pantry that somehow the movers overlooked. David is the best!

David knows the area well and provided us with excellent information and insight regarding our property. He maintains specific market research and was able to answer all of our questions with knowledge and a real eye for investment. David went above and beyond to assist with our lenders and property insurance and also worked with selling agent for all inspections and questions. We would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling property in the flathead lake area. He is extremely professional and very easy to work with - a really wonderful experienced business minded realtor.
