David was the reason this deal came together, his negotiating skills and understanding of the benefits for both parties was impressive and in the end I think it worked well for everyone. David's honest (non hard sell) style, energy, sense of humor and knowledge of the process was great. I had contacted two realtors in the Flathead valley over the past year to help with our search and neither of them paid any attention to us after they realized we weren't going to buy anything that day or anything they had currently listed....David being our realtor was totally by chance as he had the property listed that we were interested in.

Beside the high level of experience and knowledge noted above, David brings qualities that we felt made all the difference in our experience of selling our family's beloved lake cabin. His presence was invariably calm and unflappable. He understood human and family emotional dynamics and helped us navigate these. He brought a strong sense of ethical integrity, especially critical when he became the double agent in the transaction. He had strong and numerous community contacts which helped us sort out some frustrating problems with the County and the neighbors. And, above and beyond the call of duty, since none of us were local, he generously took on some small tasks that could only have been a hassle but that we could not do ourselves. I'm a former R/E Broker and found David to be one of the most experienced Brokers in the Flathead/Kalispell area... simply because he lists and sells more properties than other local agents. Since I live out of state, I wanted the most experienced agent in the area to be my eyes and ears on the ground. He visited the property on my behalf, asked tough questions, sent me detailed pictures, provided guidance through an easement issue, referred me to a great home inspector, and ultimately recommended a local mortgage broker, who helped us close in record time.
