Devin was excellent. My wife and I were new to the area and Devin went out of his way to show us a variety of listings that met our needs. Devin is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped me navigate the process and potential properties for a 1031 Exchange. Scheduling for showings was very prompt and communication was just a personal call or text away. Negotiating a buy/sell agreement can be a complex process, but Devin made me feel informed and confident each step of the way. When I first moved back to Missoula after being gone for 25 years, I had my two adult/college kids with me. I was rusty on neighborhoods, and I didn't know if I should buy a duplex, if I should build or if I should buy new construction. I was all over the map...for over a year! But Devin was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable and diligent in helping me find exactly what my grown family needed. Thanks to Devin, we found new construction in my price range that was perfect for my family. Four years later, we still live there and we still love it. Beyond that, Devin is professional, funny, honest, hard working and easy to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy real estate in the Missoula area.
