Devin was a great resource in every step of the buying process. He gave us great information yet always let us make our own decisions. The effort, support, and dedication Mr. Devin Khoury provided during my home search far exceeded my expectations. I'm not the easiest client having to travel on a weekly basis, however Mr. Khoury was very flexible with his schedule and communicated with me seamlessly to ensure a smooth transaction. He was professional, respectful, and proved he worked diligently to find the right home for me based on location and price range. Furthermore, I never felt ‘pressured’ into buying unwantingly and was regularly assisted on all the necessary steps in completing the transaction. Devin has been our agent for approximately 6 or 7 years. I am amazed that he still puts up with us! Buying/selling homes,rentals & businesses; our needs have varied and he is always there for us. Communication and negotiation are just two of his strong points. He taught me more about investments and "cash on cash". His negotiations between buyer/seller and husband /wife are awesome. Devin was great to work with. He was quick to find us many properties in our area of interest. As our interests changed he constantly found us more properties to show us. He is very knowlegable about the area. He was very flexable with his schedule, and made time to show us many properties when it fit into our schedules. It seemed like he really had our best interest in mind as he negotiated our purchase. I am very happy with the property he found us, and the service he gave us, and I will definatelly use him again in the future.

I was a first time buyer and I can't express enough how helpful Devin Khoury was. If I wouldn't have went to Devin for help I wouldn't be a homeowner. He helped me get a great rate on my loan because he has solid relationships with multiple lenders in town. Devin helped me with aspects of the home buying process that were not his responsibility and really made it happen for me. He knew every little detail and had a backup plan for every situation. Personally, I wouldn't even consider using another agent. For any investors out there- Devin found me a real asset with cash flow and the smile on my face couldn't be bigger! Thanks Devin!!

Devin worked with us to purchase a vacation home. It was a lengthy process and he worked patiently with the seller and her agent. The result was that we were able to purchase the propert as a short sale and saved a great deal of money.
