Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We just sold our home in Lakeside, Montana, and we can’t thank David Fetveit from PureWest Real Estate enough! His deep understanding of the local market and smart pricing strategy helped us sell our home in just four months—way quicker than the average time he mentioned. Plus, we got the asking price he recommended! David really knows how to make a home shine. His proactive approach and targeted marketing significantly increased our home’s appeal. Communication was a breeze; he kept us informed every step of the way, making the closing process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking to buy or sell in the Flathead Lake area and beyond, we wholeheartedly recommend David and the whole PureWest team. His expertise and commitment truly make a difference!

David Fetveit provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end; responsive to all outreach throughout and communicative of important events along the way. He listened to my concerns and made what was a rather difficult decision as painless as possible. He listed and advertised the property very quickly, secured the sale within a week, and we closed soon after that. He was mindful of my needs and ensured they were met. I highly recommend him to anyone who may be looking to sell or purchase land in the Flathead lake area.

I had an excellent experience working with David. He has a deep understanding of the market. I was looking for a very specific property, which he identified, and we were able to close in less than two weeks. Throughout the process, he was thorough in his research/support and timely in his execution. David gets a strong endorsement from me!

David was great at guiding us through all the pitfalls associated with selling our home in Kalispell. When we needed guidance, David was there with options for us to choose from. He was very knowledgeable on every angle of the sale and kept us moving forward with suggestions and options. He always reminded us that the decisions were ours to make and he was there to guide us. I couldn’t recommend a better Agent.
