Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Chance did a very good job and went the extra mile on a difficult house to sell. I highly recommend him , especially to out of state sellers.

Chance was an excellent resource for local resources and systems not familiar to out of state buyers. He was also very flexible and accommodating with our crazy and stacked schedule!

We had an awesome experience with PureWest Real Estate and highly recommend them to everyone. Our particular PureWest agent, Chance Wachholz, was incredible. He was easy to get a hold of, communicated proficiently via text, email and phone calls and was very accommodating and professional. He also gave us very good advice regarding offers that came in with interesting requests. He did a great job pricing our property and we sold and closed about a month after the listing went active. It was a real pleasure to deal with him and such a top notch realty company. Thanks Chance!

Chance was a consummate professional from beginning to end with the sale of our property. We expressed our goals and he made them a reality with perceived ease. That is no doubt a reflection on his decades of expertise and knowledge of real estate. I would not hesitate to recommend Chance for all your real estate needs.

Chance was amazing. I had to sell an estate from another state. Chance went beyond the call of duty to find me venders to do repairs and manage the property in my absense. His base rate was reasonable and he even staged the house with furnature at no extra cost to me. The price I got was above what another broker had suggested I sell it for. The property was sold within days of being listed. I am so glad to picked Chance to manage this transaction. 5 Stars all the way.

I have had the pleasure of working with Chance on several transactions. He is responsive, detail oriented, and always looking out for my best interests. He has helped me purchase and sell my own residences and invest in rental property. Chance is the best agent I have worked with over many years buying and selling houses. He understands the market, negotiation, and communicates well with the other agents during the transaction.

Courtney did an excellent job finding us the perfect home in the Kalispell/Whitefish area. She is aware of ongoing sales and listings in the area and which area would fit our lifestyle the best. While she didn’t pressure us, Courtney was very responsive to all of our many questions and concerns. Also I was so impressed with her knowledge of local tradesmen needed once the sale was complete. I highly recommend Courtney’s realtor skills.
