Great to work with. Helped to stage our home and gave us ideas to better present our home. We were able to get more active showings. We started when the interest rates increased so the was a little bit of a rollercoaster through this time. We were able to sell. He was able to help navigate us through this period. Highly recommend and would use him again yo buy our future home.

I haven’t bought and sold a lot of real estate, I don’t trust most realtors. Chance has renewed my faith in people and realtors. Being a first time home buyer, I was not familiar with the home buying process and all of the intricacies that were involved. Chance made this whole experience so incredibly smooth and streamlined. He was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions as I had them. Since I was coming from out of state, he had gotten a good idea of exactly what I was looking for, and had sent me a list of houses before even coming to the area. When I came to look at the houses he was able to show me exactly the types of houses that I was seeking and I was able to buy a house after coming to look just once. During the negotiation phase Chance was able to help get everything that I asked for. Once I closed on the house he even gave me valuable advice on the next steps that wasn't apparent to me. When I go to sell this house I'll definitely be using Chance again! Whether you're buying your first house, or fifteenth - I recommend using Chance Wachholz for all your realty needs!
