We have lived in Missoula for 4 years now. We were referred to Heather Bybee at PureWest Christie's Real Estate when we started looking for a house. We bought our house with Heather's help. She made it easy. She was flexible, organized, gave great advise and fit in with the wackiness as we dragged our 3 older teenagers around to each home. We found the perfect home for our needs and have enjoyed it for 3 years. We decided not too long ago to move back to Mississippi. There was no one we considered to help us sell our home but Heather. We are in the unique position to have worked with Heather on both sides of this process; buying and selling. I trust her implicitly and knew with her attention to detail and wisdom we could rely on her and move through the process with ease. The house is sold and closed within 6 weeks. We did 2 transactions and would highly recommend. She listed and sold my house in a week. I also bought a house from her. She was always available but I tried to leave her alone on weekends.

Heather became a friend and a trusted professional we could rely on during our home search. She was always responsive, had great advise and put up with our crazy family as we search for a house that fit all our needs. She was always honest about what she thought about a house, used her connections to get further information when it was needed and had the same enthusiasm and diligence at the end of the process as she did at the beginning. She went the extra mile to make sure the smallest of details were correct so that we were not in a legal bind or out money because of repairs that were contracted before we bought our home. We have already told Heather that we are contemplating buying land as an investment and will only be using her services. In another 4-5 years we will definitely being calling her to find us a smaller house once our teens fly the coop. Thank you Heather for all you do and for who you are.

Heather truly is a phenomenal realtor who goes above and beyond to ensure your home purchase is a pleasant experience. As an active duty Air Force officer PCS-ing to Missoula for school, I was not afforded the luxury of searching for a home in person. Heather advised me on the best areas of Missoula considering my budget and desires for a house. She initiated video conferences along with capturing additional video and photos of the properties I was interested in. Once an offer was accepted, Heather helped facilitate each step of the home buying process while I was out of state. During this time she was easily reachable and was prompt to address any questions and concerns I had. Heather never failed to represent my interests and continued to help facilitate my transition into the home after closing. Heather is the best realtor ever! We came into Montana completely blind not knowing how to navigate our first home purchase. Heather took the time to explain every step and was super helpful and knowledgeable regarding our VA loan. When it came time to put in an offer on our would-be home she was on our side, and guided us through each step of the negotiating process. We ended up with a great first home and when it comes time to buy our next one we will not consider any realtor but Heather!
