Heather helped me purchase my home in MT while I was still living in NE. She not only coordinated all the viewings, and inspections for me, she was also able to answer all my questions as a first time home buyer, using a VA loan, from an out of state bank. She was incredibly responsive, going above and beyond by coordinating some issues while out of town on vacation. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a home in this area. Tony

When we were searching for an agent to assist us in purchasing a home, Heather came highly recommended to us by a very trusted source. We were glad we followed through and got her for our search. Prior to coming to town, Heather kept us up to date on the currect listings on the market with our specific needs in mind. When we came to town for our first look, she had selected homes that hit the mark. She really understood our needs and concerns and had homes to view with that in mind. We fell in love with the first house we saw which had another offer on it. We made an offer that day and Heather went to work to make sure our offer was submitted before the deadline. After our offer was accepted and the inspection was held, Heather was great in negotiating for us to see that we got everything fixed on our list. Heather personally was great to work with. She has a great sense of humor and was fun to be around. Yet when it came time to go to work, she was all business and very professional. We highly recommend her.

I lived in Washington State at the time and was wanting to purchase a home in Montana as my retirement home. I figured now was the time to find a realtor in the area that would help me achieve my dream. I started browsing the all the different realtors on Zillow and came across Heather. I wanted someone local, with significant time in the business, and not associated with one of the huge Realty Corporations. I was looking for that individual service that didn't make me feel like just another number. Boy did I hit the jackpot with Heather. She was genuinely excited to hear my story and help me with finding that perfect home, the one that checked all the boxes I had. I sent her a written description of all my boxes along with example pictures so she had a good understanding on how to filter the listings. Heather explained to me that because the home I wanted was not in town but was out into the mountain areas, inventory of available homes was low. It was the beginning of March and still very much winter there. She said May or June before inventories typically rise. I didn't want to hear that but she was right, made sense to me. A few days later I was shopping on Zillow and came across a home that I could not believe. It pretty much checked all my boxes. It’s a feeling that's hard to describe, you just know that's the one when you see it. I immediately texted Heather. Her response was great. Simply, "I'm on it". From that point on, things moved pretty quickly. Heather new exactly what was needed and when it was needed and what comes next. One of the great things about Heather is that she is very good about explaining any part of the process I didn't understand, and I had a lot of questions. She actually complemented me on the number of questions and that they were very thoughtful questions. I was just trying to learn and she understood that. There was a lot of back and forth documentation wise and Heather helped me through all that. Unfortunately I had made the mistake of choosing an out of state lender to fund a small portion of the cost, and the underwriter for that company ran everybody through the ringer. Not something Heather or anyone else involved had ever seen before but we were too deep in with them to pull out. Everyone, and I mean everyone were stressed, but that's a different review for a different company. Heather kept telling me that everything would work out and try not to stress too much. Ultimately she was right again and it all came together, albeit at the last minute. Heather is your typical working mom. More than once she would answer my call or text while picking up her kids or at some family function. Wither it was then or later, she always responded to my calls. It was her down home-ness that separated her from the "Corporate" person. She is an AAA+ realtor and an even better person. I couldn't recommend her any more. She's the best.

Heather is one of the best!! We could not have asked for a more responsive and personable agent. Heather was always there to answer any questions we had no matter how small. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home to use Heather, you will not find a better agent to work with.

I worked with Heather prior to and during my move to Missoula from California! I am a sales professional and I must say Heather is simply amazing. She is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, sincere, responsive, honest, and extremely professional. Heather found me through my looking online to rent and inquired if I had considered owning. I told her I fell victim to the crash of 2008 so wasn't sure if I could. She assisted me in getting into a short term lease, found a lender for me, and set me up for success. Being single and knowing no one here, she really was a life saver. I moved here in May and in October I bought my DREAM home. Throughout the process Heather was totally responsive and transparent. She was assertive in her approach but not aggressive. I truly felt like I had a good friend looking out for me. When we initially started looking she assured me not to feel any pressure and that if I didn't feel it was time or right, no worries, we'd wait. She is also incredibly friendly, fun, and flexible. She was there for everything I needed I don't know if I will ever find someone that genuinely shows this much care and concern for their clients. Thank you Heather!
