After our initial meeting with Heather, it was apparent that she had listened carefully to our priorities and seemed to instinctively know exactly what we were looking for in a home. We were both impressed with the time, care and attentiveness she consistently offered. Properties in our price range were moving very quickly, and since we were three hours away, some properties were already under contract before we arrived. When the perfect property finally came on the market, Heather orchestrated a viewing within 24 hours, guided us through the negotiation process, walked us through the necessary paperwork and helped us every step of the way after our offer was accepted. In addition to her knowledge and professionalism, she made the process fun and easy for us. She even helped me unload my house plants into our new home during our final walk through on a cold November evening. Priceless!!!

We really, really enjoyed working with Heather. We moved from out of State and benefitted from her vast real estate experience, knowledge of the area and connections with banks, loan offices, inspectors etc. She was sensitive to our preferences and helped us stay within our allotted budget. She was professional, friendly, caring and very helpful. She moved the administrative portion of purchasing a home along very quickly. She was very easy to work with and was extremely responsive. I loved working with Heather. We had a little bit of a stressful experience with moving and she made it so much better. She was always immediately available to show us prospective homes and was accessible to us day or night. Heather kept in close touch and any time she saw us struggling she would jump in to assist with anything she could. She even offered to watch our two young children if we needed her to. She knows what she’s doing and is on top of everything. She is smart, kind, and has a great sense of humor. She is a very steadying presence in a sometimes overwhelming experience. I was an out-of-town buyer with limited time to view properties. Heather was quick to respond with a list of properties, lined up the viewings I requested during my short visit and kept in close contact when I had to leave town.
