I hired Dave to work with me on the sale of my home during the height of the economic turndown - not the best time to have to sell a house. He was surprisingly busy for a time marked by a lack of real estate sales and my experience with him explained why: Dave is thorough, knowledgable, extremely professional and ethical, and stayed in constant contact through what was, for me, a confusing and overwhelming process. I am currently working with Dave on the sale of a second property. He is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend him.

We were introduced to Dave by a mutual friend. We were looking for a lake home site in Montana for a vacation home. Dave was simply amazing. He had done all the preliminary research on the different lakes and land that was available. He had market comparables completed as well as recent sales data. He had researched the best locations and market values and had short listed them for us. He took the time to orient us to each potential lot and its strengths and weaknesses. In short he made it incredibly easy for us to make a educated decision. Op top of all this Dave is just a really nice guy. We found him to be completely honest and trustworthy. He is also very helpful. We bought over 7 years ago and he still does favours for us like stopping by our property in the winter to make sure it is ok and letting the furnace guys in to make some repairs. He has also helped us by making suggestions on local trades people to do work on our property. In our opinion there isn't a better guy you could have on your side when looking for real estate in Montana.

David Stone has been awesome to deal with and communicates very well. He is very clear in explaining the process or will dig into the situation to find out what we need to know or what he can do to make the process better. We have had a difficult situation with our mortgage company but he has went to bat for us on more than one occasion and stuck by us to the very end. Our home hasn't sold yet, but he's working with our mortgage company so that it will be possible to sell soon. I would highly recommend David Stone to anyone.
