Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We enjoyed working with Dave and his team for our home purchase. They were accommodating and helpful as we navigated a move from out-of-state. They were solidly on our team and provided straightforward guidance and communication throughout the process. We'd happily work with them again on the future.

When a friend needed help selling her home, I called Dave Stone. I knew him well enough to know he would treat us fairly, which was our first priority. But I also had confidence that Dave's experience with our market would help us price the property to sell within our time requirements. A bonus was that he knows people in the valley that can get things done on short notice and at a reasonable cost. That was a big help when we needed to address some buyer's requirements to close the deal. And lastly, Dave is a good communicator. If he wasn't immediately available by phone or text, he always got right back to us. There was never any pressure, just straight talk from someone who made us feel like we were his most important clients. Thank you, Dave!

As someone who owned my own real estate business for 45 years before retiring, I can attest that Dave Stone is a competent and knowledgeable professional with many years of experience and a high level of education. I've used Dave several times with equally satisfying results. He has a warm personality and knows the market well. Real estate sales is a very competitive business with lots of excellent agents, but Dave is at the top of my list.

I can't say enough good things about Dave and his team. My wife and I were in the challenging situation of having to sell my parents' home in the Flathead Valley while living out of state. We were deeply concerned about how we would oversee and manage this process while living out of state. In the end, we chose Dave to represent us based on his success, experience, and trustworthiness. And boy did we make the right decision! At every step of the way, Dave and his team met the moment. They followed through meticulously with every commitment they made. And, when we were heading in the wrong direction, Dave had the confidence to challenge our thinking and help us get on track. In the end, we got the best possible outcome given our situation. We will be forever grateful for the role he and his team played in supporting our family in a time of need.

We're very pleased with the expertise, professionalism, friendliness and cooperative attitudes we received from both David Stone and Terri Rasmussen. From remote online searching to in-person viewings, they helped us narrow the search to locate the perfect home for us. From negotiating the best offer to providing information and assistance through closing, Dave and Terri were invaluable. And we appreciated their knowledge and referrals to other businesses and services to help our transition to our new location.
