I wanted to share some feedback on my experience working with David in a recently completed transaction. The realty experience I had was impressive in a number of ways but I felt like David’s competence, patience and attention to detail were particularly noteworthy. David’s proactive input in helping a client to evaluate the long term value of each prospective purchase along with the potential market hazards, across a spectrum of options, made me feel much more confident in moving forward with my final decision. Very Professional with the overall process. A lot of attention to detail with our wants and wishes. Availability to answer questions and get information was great. The communication was clear and always there to answer any questions we had. Great to work with and looked after us like we were family.

Terri managed all of my listings at her previous job (probably around 60 listings over the time we worked together) and she was exemplary at her job. Terri was organized, always available and very talented at pulling together all the pieces to create appealing presentations of our product.

Dave walked me through the buying process from start to finish. He showed great patience with us, even when our first deal on a house fell through. Once we put in a bid on our house, he was able to bring the sellers down to our price by negotiating over the course of a week. He was able to show the sellers small and large details, and convince them of our concerns, which eventually led us to purchase our house for an incredible price. Dave's professionalism and dedication to his clients continue even after closing. For example, the sellers took fixtures from our house, and Dave immediately was in contact with their agent. Within a few days, all of the fixtures were returned with an apology letter from the sellers. Additionally, Dave's assistant Terri was in constant communication. When Dave couldn't get back to us within a few hours, Terri was on the phone or e-mailing us to remedy any problems or answer questions. I will recommend Dave to everyone in the area looking for an agent. Dave and Terri make a great team and make the buying process as painless as possible.
