Nancy was very professional and responsive. Our communication was exceptional. Although she has many clients we always felt like we were a priority so I imagine all her clients feel the same way. Nancy coordinated all aspects of the transaction in a timely and efficient manner Since we were dealing with another agent out of state we had someone to compare her to and there was no comparison. I wish Nancy could have been our agent in both places. She is worthy of praise in every aspect of her job, she made a very stressful time manageable. We are very thankful we worked with her.

Top-notch! Nancy’s communication was always timely, professional, and super congenial with all persons and entities contacted regarding trustees, water rights, HOA, Stillwater county, DNRC, etc. Nancy listened and acted to the Trust’s requests regarding the MLS listing agreement, she implemented changes the Trust requested to meet its administration requirements: negotiated realtor fees, appointment only for viewing properties by realtor per insurance policy, buyers vetted and must be financially qualified to view and make offers to purchase properties,1% deposit cannot be shared with real estate company, etc. Properties were listed and offers were received within a few days. Nancy worked diligently and efficiently to help trustees navigate offers and transition properties to new owners. Nancy went beyond expectations by assisting trustees in personal properties sales requested by buyer and others. Red Lodge and surrounding communities are super fortunate to have Nancy Curtiss as a real estate professional and community member!
