David helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home. He was very helpful and made the entire process so easy! Buying a first home can be a scary process and this was easier than trying to find a place to rent and he made it fun and exciting! Cole has great hi-tech skills which serve him so well in the modern real estate business.The web site he created for my property was the best one i have ever seen in the state of Montana.House he listed for me did not sell....but it had nothing to do with the way cole marketed the property.Being in the real estate business for over 40 years it is quite easy for me to assess a realtors skill level.Cole has an impressive array of real estate marketing skills.Put them to good use ! Michael was attentive to our selling and buying needs in Big Sky MT. He did an excellent job of marketing our condominium and selling it in a tough market. He went above and beyond any realtor we have worked with. He also worked hard to find us the perfect home to buy in Big Sky. Michael was very pleasant to work with. We were out of town buyers and Michael spent the entire weekend with us getting us familiar with the area so we could make an informed decision. He was very, very responsive. Always picked up the phone and made numerous trips to the ultimate lot we purchased to take pictures and help with our geo tech survey. Made doing biz as an out of town buyer seemless. Only recommendation would be really more for MT realtors in general. There is probably a very crisp way to describe how mineral rights work so people can quickly understand them and move on. For a non MT resident, at first, the process was very confusing. There could probably be a pamphlet you could hand out that literally has 10 points on it which in the end say, don't worry about it. Michael helped to find me the right people though who got me to that point.

Michael was very in tune to what we were looking for. He asked great questions and steered us to the property we eventually purchased. We love it. It was listed higher than our price range, but Michael was sure they would come down to our range. He was right and we couldn't be happier.

I have purchased two properties with Michael and have been impressed both times. He was knowledgeable about the properties (value, history, builder, etc.) as well as the market conditions. In both cases I believe I was able to make a very favorable deal. More importantly, Michael has not disappeared after the sale. He has been there for us for information on Big Sky, to run ideas off of, or even to check on some small things when I haven't been able to. I would highly recommend Michael Thomas to any potential buyer or seller.

We enjoyed working with Michael in the purchase of our Powder Ridge cabin. He is very knowledgeable in regards to the local market and current trends. He was instrumental in helping us to not only find the perfect cabin, but also connect us with the best people to finance as well as decorate our vacation home.
