We were introduced to Dave by a mutual friend. We were looking for a lake home site in Montana for a vacation home. Dave was simply amazing. He had done all the preliminary research on the different lakes and land that was available. He had market comparables completed as well as recent sales data. He had researched the best locations and market values and had short listed them for us. He took the time to orient us to each potential lot and its strengths and weaknesses. In short he made it incredibly easy for us to make a educated decision. Op top of all this Dave is just a really nice guy. We found him to be completely honest and trustworthy. He is also very helpful. We bought over 7 years ago and he still does favours for us like stopping by our property in the winter to make sure it is ok and letting the furnace guys in to make some repairs. He has also helped us by making suggestions on local trades people to do work on our property. In our opinion there isn't a better guy you could have on your side when looking for real estate in Montana.

Working with Chance as a first time home buyer was an excellent experience. He explained all processes in great detail to assure I understood everything with confidence. He informed me about all the neighborhoods I was interested in and if they had any HOA's. He rarely missed my phone calls and if he did he called me back immediately. He gave excellent advice on a lender and a home inspector to help me make my home owner dream come true. If I ever need to buy another house or have family and friends that are looking to buy, I would use and recommend Chance every time. He is the best!

We love this woman :) She will go out of your way to find you the home you want. We were not from the area (from California) and she made it easy for us to look at what we wanted to see. She printed off all the homes that we thought we might be interested in. She lent us her county map book so we could find our way around. When we were not in town shopping around, she kept us updated with new listings and answered every single email I sent her. She is patient, kind, funny, just a pleasure to be around. Her assistant Kimmie (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) is just as helpful. She took us out repeatedly to a couple different properties as we could not make up our minds, well mine anyway When we finally decided on a home, she made sure we had the information we wanted, scheduled or contacted contractors and forwarded questions to the sellerds' clients. We strongly recommend Bobbi. You will not be disappointed.
