Chance is one of the best in his field. Very skilled and very professional in his work. He was able to answer all questions I had for him not only in a timely manner but also gave me helpful advice and guidance where it was needed. Chance helped me look at prices of listings and provided a number of alternatives based on the guidelines I gave him. At no point during working with Chance did I feel like I was limited on options or was confused on what I needed to do. All emails that I had sent Chance looking for guidance were responded to before I had a chance to put my phone down or to walk away from my work computer. Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous heading into the process. Chance was there for me every step of the way. He was patient with me while I looked for the perfect home and was constantly looking for and suggesting homes that fit my needs. Once I found the perfect home, he answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and fought for my rights as a buyer. I would recommend Chance to anyone buying or selling a home.

Dave Stone of Kalispell, Montana showed us an ideal property on Flathead Lake. The property was listed in January and we were in our Winter home in Arizona. We were familiar with the location as Dave had shown us a number of listings in the area of Lakeside. Dave sent us photos, description, survey and a film showing the land, views and pointing out several problems with the egress and right of way. We decided to make an offer. Unfortunately, there were multiple offers and we did not purchase the land. However, thanks to Dave, we were in our comfort zone on the offer we made. Dave has been very helpful in our search for property. Specifially, he gives timely responses to our emails. He has shown flexibility in scheduling time to view properties and clearly indicates choices of dates and times he is available. Dave sought answers to a long list of questions we had about a particular property. Because we do not currently live in the area, he provides suggestions when to plan our visits (e.g. Inclement weather, etc.) so we can make the most use of our time. We would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to sell or purchase property.
