Chance went above and beyond for us in both purchasing our new home and selling our old one. He was present at all building inspections and helped us follow up on any concerns. He provided many comparisons, helped us arrive at prices we felt good about and was a strong advocate for us in the negotiation process. He has great professional knowledge and focus which are intensified by his amazing energy level.

David helped me to buy my current home. His knowledge and ability to negotiate the deal was awesome. He made my buying experience a joy. He knew the areas I was interested in very well and made a ton of effort to show me everything in my price range. He was great when it came time to get some items fixed by the seller and helped my through the process.

Dave worked very hard to find us what we were looking for. He was very flexible with his time and showed us all the listings we were interested in whenever it was best for us. He is very knowledgeable. We feel that he was working in our best interest. He respected our budget and offered his knowledge and advice throughout the shopping and buying process. Would definitely recommend him!

I work in the insurance industry and have had numerous clients deal with Chance on a professional level. Every time my office has had a question on a property that he is working with a client on, he has responded in a very timely and efficient manner. Numous people that have come through my office after using him as their agent are still raving about how great he was a year later. Chance has obviously given favorable and positive experiences to his clients on an ongoing basis and we think he is one of the best real estate agents this valley has to offer. He is professional, courteous, and a lot of fun to work with.

Chance is always available if you have a question. Very quick with his responses and knows what he is talking about! When he showed me properties he found something in my price range in the area I was looking for. Great experience. Chance also gave me a free market analysis on my home. Very helpful.
