Cole worked really GREAT with me. He kept me informed of the process and gave me a timeline that we stuck to and closed right on schedule. Cole provided me with a task list and all the necessary documents and information needed to expedite the whole process of purchasing a home. I was so surprised at how easy the entire process was. Cole worked really well with my lender to ensure all transactions were smooth and efficient. Cole was always available to answer my questions and my CONCERNS without hesitation. Cole also provided me with a variety of contractors to do my remodeling, as I am new to the community and did not know where to start in looking for a contractor. The final product is absolutely beautiful. I am very satisfied with my experience in purchasing a home in a beautiful neighborhood and working with Cole. I challenge you to find another realtor that will outwork Cole. The experience we had with Cole is one that I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. He gave us great insight when it came to the market and how to position our home for a fast sale at a good price. And once our home was officially listed for sale, Cole put into action a comprehensive marketing plan that led to a ton of traffic and multiple offers. He essentially eliminated any of the stress that can be associated with selling your home. And he did all this while being very personable and with a smile on his face. As a first time home buyer, I was absolutely clueless. I chose Wendy because so many of the homes I was browsing had her, or someone from her agency, as the listing agent. I took a chance and emailed Wendy only to ask her a couple of questions. Knowing nothing about me, she answered all of my questions (showing that she truly paid attention to my email) and gave me a couple of suggestions on whom to use as a mortgage lender. Throughout the entire process, she remembered that I did not know much about the home purchasing process and so was careful not to talk "above my head," she answered my questions in less than 24 hours every time, and negotiated everything she could very successfully. On top of that, the lending agent I went with was her recommendation and he was just as on top of his game making them a great team to have in my corner. A wealth of knowledge, friendly, assertive - a true professional. Wendy is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Cole helped us purchase a wonderful home at a great price in Missoula.
