Linda is one of few agents that I would recommend. I am a licensed real estate agent and one of her clients (she has my property listed). Sheila came to us from the start with a plan to sell our property and had done her homework on our neighborhood to help us price our home appropriately. She was very pro-active in following up with potential buyers after open houses and showings. We liked the fact that she initiated the contact with us, not us always calling to find out what was going on with our property. We knew she cared about us and helping get our property sold.

In a very short period of time Keven helped us buy TWO homes and sell ONE home. He did a great job. Moved at the speed we like to move - fast ... and did not misread us. He LISTENED to our wants/needs and found us several options. Within the period of less than two year we bought a 2nd home we loved from Keven... sold that home at a tidy profit and bought another vacation home from him that we love also!
