Ken Stein has been our realtor for 14 years. We have bought two homes with him. Sold one home. Bought comercial property and have one comercial property listed with him now. Ken is very knowledgeable about our area. He qualified our wants and needs. When showing homes to us he talked about all aspect of the property including roads and traffic. Gave excellent advice on the many homes he showed us. He was always able to answer questions at the time we asked or found the information quickly. Dawn established a professional relationship with us and earned our respect and trust. In 2014 Dawn showed us numerous properties. Within a very short time period she was able to focus on "the right properties" that met our criteria. She also helped us negotiate the purchase of an airplane hangar at Ennis Airport with an adversarial seller. During the process she referred us to a friend with extensive aircraft hangar experience who was willing to visit the hangar and offer an opinion regarding its quality and condition -- an unexpected value-added benefit. Linda is exceptionally conscientious. She was always willing to show me anything I thought might meet my needs, as well as properties I wanted to look at just to see where the market was. She said buying a home is a process that includes looking at a lot of property and her job is to help me through that process. I finally bought something on a short sale, and Linda was very knowledgable and professional in that somewhat complicated deal. I highly recommend Linda.

Stephanie was extremely helpful in helping us find property in her local area. Since we are a long distance away from that area, Stephanie was instrumental in alerting us when a property was available. She handled every step of the process in negotiating with the owner, informing us of each step needed to complete the transaction. When closing time arrived, she was at our side to give us keys to the new property. Without her help, this purchase would not have become a reality. We are extremely thankful for her dedication and support in finalizing this purchase.
