When we were ready to buy we decided to look for a home in January and there was a lot of snow on the ground. The day we had scheduled to see some homes with Stephanie turned into a blizzard. My wife and I have used Stephanie for several real estate transactions both locally and elsewhere in the state. Working with Wendy was the most calming part of the entire home-buying experience. I looked forward to speaking with her, even if it was just for a minute as I dropped off some paperwork. Other people and companies within the process were frustrating at times, and when discussing the situation with Wendy, she would immediately grab her phone and tell me, let me find out for you. She was the greatest mediator between myself and the title company, loan company and even the sellers. She helped the sellers with many of their questions and paperwork as well!Out of all the people we had to fill out paperwork for or provide paperwork to, Wendy was the most organized and we were never asked for repeat paperwork, lost paperwork, or paperwork that was missed. Going through this process several times in the past, this was by far the hardest experience because of the requirements today, but Wendy was always there for us, being a sounding board for our frustrations, finding out answers to our many questions, and being the positive light at the end of the tunnel. I highly recommend Wendy to anyone that is worried about how daunting the home-buying experience can be. She will make it seem fun, calm, and easy.

We worked with Wendy in January of this year on the purchase of a home in Benicia. She had to step into the process just as we were about to make a bid as the agent we were working with had a medical emergency. Everything went very smoothly. This included working through a couple of rounds of offers and counter-offers. She got the inspections lined up with quality people and made it happen. She gave balanced advice on working through issues and was very responsive when I had questions or needed to get something scheduled. Time from first offer to Close of Escrow was just over two weeks (it was a cash deal) with no mistakes. Good job!!!

Over ten years ago Matthew sold property north of Polebridge. So when it came to selling the family home in Columbia Falls, I called Matthew. The home had a few additions which weren't at building inspection code. We had to find a buyer that would take the asset "as is". Matthew is an excellent communicator. Not only did I appreciate his had work, but he wouldn't waste my time with irrelevant information. I'm a CPA in Alaska, and accordingly, I will only deal with someone with high ethical standards. I fully trusted Matthew from about 2000 miles away. Great effort, Matthew and thank you! Dan
