We recently sold our home with the help of Cole. We contacted him just days before leaving on a vacation, in hopes of getting our home listed before we left. Not only did he get it listed, but he also lined up the photographer to take pictures right away so we could have a great listing to leave town with. At the time of the walkthrough with Cole, he told us we should be able to get an offer within 30 days, and sure enough, he came through on that. We couldn't have been more pleased with Cole's knowledge of the market and neighborhood, and will definitely be recommending him to any of our friends that are looking for a great realtor. Our move out-of-state was less stressful knowing that Cole had our home sold before we left. He also was great about following up with us in the days leading up to the closing. Couldn't be happier with the service, knowledge, and professionalism Cole presented to us. He found my fiancée and I our dream home the second it came on the market. The house was on the market for about 2 hours before Cole called and said this was the home for us. I can't tell you how great it was to have someone make this process as easy as it could be being this was our first home purchased. Cole was always there when we needed him and answered every question we had. I was very impressed and wouldn't recommend anyone other than Cole for a realtor. We met Stephanie Krueger at an open house about a year ago. She was very knowledgeable about our area, and we requested she and another realtor do a marketing analysis of our home. Her analysis was very thorough and the evaluation of our home was over and above what we had anticipated.Our home was sold to the first buyers less than 24 hours after it was listed for the full asking price. We would certainly use Stephanie as our realtor in the future and have and will recommend her to others.
