Dave provided everything we needed when my mother passed away and we had to sell her home. He was very prompt, professional, and sympathetic in a time when we needed all of those things. He explained the local market to us along with our options and a good strategy for selling the home including general tax implications. He also offered great recommendations for getting the home ready for sale. I would highly recommend David Stone for any seeking to buy or sell a home in the Flathead.

David was very quick and responsive to all my inquiries regarding the property we ultimately purchased in Kalispell. He was able to thoroughly provide information regarding easements and help clean up documentation regarding the lot of land. David was definitely a key reason why communication was so smooth and the closing process from initial inquiry to title was only about a month long.

Dave is a seasoned real estate sales person that can be trusted to provide solid advice. He did a fantastic job helping us find contractors to prepare the home for sale (repairs, updates, and paint) which resulted in a much higher price for the home. We had 2 offers within the first 2 weeks and successfully closed the sale on time. Very satisfied with his service.
