Kerry is the best realtor I have ever had. She helped my family and I find a home in Billings, MT and then sell it four years later. Not only did our home sell fast (one day) but we got exactly what we were asking for it. Kerry is thoughtful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and treats her clients like family. You are not likely to find another realtor like her, ever. She is exceptional. My family and are so grateful for her expertise and kindness.

My family and I were moving to the Billings area from Alaska due to a job change. Very quickly we realized we needed help finding a house to meet our needs with the market as insane as it is right now, the distance, and drinking from a firehose with work. Kerry was referred to me by a trusted friend. Very quickly she took the time to talk with my wife and I to find our needs and wants as well as set up our own portal to review suggestions based off our initial and ongoing conversations. My wife and I immediately trusted her. Based on feedback from us Kerry was able to fine tune the search. Kerry was able to get the inside scoop on a house coming to market she said would be the one. We were in AK at the time and unable to fly down to inspect in person. She was also able to get a tour before it went on the market that she facetimed so we could see the house details. Was she right! This house was perfect for our needs. Others also liked it as well. There ended up being 12 offers on the house including ours in less than a day. We told her we really wanted it. She said if we really wanted it to follow her advice. We did without question. Kerry was even able to make a personal sales pitch about us to the sellers and their realtor. We won! The house has not disappointed. I have gone through this process a few times. Every other time I learned something to watch out for or wish I would have done different. Kerry made this the smoothest and most seamless ever experienced. I am still amazed 6 weeks in how well it went especially from that far away. It seriously could not have been better. Since the house sale I have hit her up for questions regarding services and recommendations as needs arise. She still responds and helps as if I am still a client. Why waste your time with anyone else?

When we went to sell my house we ran into a few issues on home inspections and she helped us solve the issues in a timely matter and kept an extremely positive attitude! With the market as crazy as it is she was on top of her game and keeping us updated whenever a new house showed up. When we finally did find a house that we really wanted she made it happen. She is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone!

We truly feel that Kerry Martinson is the best broker/realtor in Montana. We could always count on her, her timing was impeccable. The sell of our house included dealing with a relo company that asked for more than most. Kerry handled them and everything else with such tact and professionalism. Which took a huge load off of us. But that’s Kerry. She really does her job well, with integrity...which is hard to find in this day and age. We cannot say enough good things about Kerry. If you want to buy a house or sell one, she’s the realtor to hire. She will give you her all no matter the price or size of the home.
