We would still be living in a camper if it wasn’t for Kerry! We were trying to sell our house in another town and the realtor we were using was horrible. I didn’t feel good about how we were being represented, so I asked Kerry for her opinion. She was able to advise us what to do and how to take control of the transaction. Throughout the whole process I leaned on her to help us navigate every stressful turn. She was an amazing shoulder to lean on and I would not have been able to close without her. Then when it came to purchasing a home in Billings, she showed us how easy and stress free the home buying/selling process really should be. We quickly got into escrow and she advised us on how to negotiate to our advantage. The amount of work she does behind the scenes for her clients is absolutely amazing! She is 100% committed to each and every one of her clients all the way up until the closing table and continues to check up even after the transaction is finished. Kerry was invaluable to us in this process. She had to deal with difficult and demanding personalities on both sides, and she did so with incredible grace and patience. We didn't have a realtor when looking to list our home, but found her sign on a plot of land we were looking at. The knowledge and expertise Kerry presented when we met with her, we knew she was the right one for us to work with for our selling our home and buying land to build. She's gone above and beyond in helping us through both processes. She has great communication and is really helpful when it comes to the ins and outs of building a new home for the first time.

Kerry is an awesome realtor! She’s a fantastic negotiator and a great communicator! Whether you are buying or selling huge or small real estate transactions, she gives each transaction full dedication and attention and goes above and beyond every single time. When we moved out of state, she helped us interview realtors and gave us tips on getting our offer accepted after losing out on many offers in a very tight real estate market. I like to think that our very next offer was accepted because we followed her tips. We cannot thank her enough for handling the sale of our home in Billings while we had already moved out of state.
