David knows the area well and provided us with excellent information and insight regarding our property. He maintains specific market research and was able to answer all of our questions with knowledge and a real eye for investment. David went above and beyond to assist with our lenders and property insurance and also worked with selling agent for all inspections and questions. We would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling property in the flathead lake area. We were looking for a second home in Whitefish Montana and were referred to Jennifer. We were undecided as to where or what style of home we wanted. In advance of our trip to Whitefish, Jennifer provide us with home inventory online with enough information to weed down our selections before we arrived. Once on the ground she provided us with data on local builders, zoning limitations on nightly rentals, and info on builders etc. We were able to fly in for two days and find our dream location. She is knowledgeable, listens to your needs and is a great negotiator. But most important she is is fun to be around and on the long days in the car looking at property made our search a great time.

We ran away from REal estate agents before as we didn't see what they added to the home buying-selling process. In our previous home sales and buys we were happy without a real estate agent. This time around the house we wanted was under contract with Matthew and he managed to totally change our perception of what a good real estate agent adds to the whole stressfule buying/selling process. He is now a good friend with which we hang out a lot and he continues to impress us with his knowledge and smarts.
