We spent years looking for our first home, before we even moved back into the area. I had a few area Realtors in mind to help us, and we got really serious about the search as we moved more locally and were able to view properties in person. We actually started our search with another Realtor, but after they had a series of medical events and were unable to physically show us properties, they graciously referred us to Jolena. After a few emails back and forth about our preferences and needs, Jolena managed to get us to walk into a property in an area we hadn't even considered, and we immediately knew it was the place for us! She stuck with us as we negotiated requirements with the seller for closing and funding approval, and did what needed to be done to get the job done, closed, and us moved in! She's a true professional and knows our area as well as being able to pick out promising properties you may have never considered before! Sheila was a true professional. Within days the home was listed with professional photographs and a detailed timeline of the listing process. I was a seller from out of state so her attention to detail and communication throughout the process was a huge plus. She supplied names of movers etc. I would highly recommend Sheila for anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

Chance was amazing from the day we first discussed listing my mother-in-law's house. My husband and I were still processing her passing and the tremendous task of dispersing with her belongings AND selling her home. Chance took great care, explaining everything clearly and giving us confidence about what to expect. This is the third time we've worked with David - and each experience has been better than the last. He has a keen sense of pricing and marketing. His local connections with excellent engineers and contractors assured prompt responses, even in a very busy construction season. He is always immediately available to get quick answers to the multitude of questions that arise during the buy-sell process - his responsiveness made the process immensely faster and smoother.
