Chance was recommended to me by a friend. I was pleased with my experience. He was very responsive and kept me up-to-date. Nancy sold 2 rental properties for me in Red Lodge Montana in 2017 and 2018. She handled all the details including, dealing with tenants, and helping to coordinate necessary repairs. In 2013 David Fetveit was recommended to me in the purchase of a house. I was not disappointed. David spent many hours driving me all over the Flathead Valley to look at homes. He clued me into the various distinctives of each part of the valley, which was extremely helpful as I wasn't from the area. Tammy was very professional and knowledgeable about our area, and about every step of the listing, showing and final sale process. She returned phone calls very very quickly. Steve has great customer service, very accommodating, and made the daunting house hunting process a lot of fun. Coming from another state his knowledge of real estate laws and building codes was important to me.
