I worked with Ms. Gersh to both sell a property, and to purchase a new property. During both experiences, I found my stress level to far lower than any other real estate experience due to her hard work and dedication. I was aware of what to expect at each step of the way, and she was able to assist me in understanding the specific pros/cons of each property I was considering. I ended up buying something very different than I originally thought, but am so very happy at the end result. Tanya helped us purchase a lot in the gated community of Ironhorse and over the years has also helped us sell property in the area. She sent us referrals for lenders and mortgages brokers, helped us to define the kind of house we were looking for, helped in every way to make our trans-state move as easy as possible. Her expertise in housing was apparent from the first viewing. We have been ‘represented buyers’ for 4 different properties across the U.S. over the last ten years and Shelly is BY FAR the best agent we have dealt/worked with. Key attributes: knowledgeable, focused, friendly, attentive, aggressive, responsive, and professional She is a very effective communicator. Shelly will pay close attention to the type of property you are seeking, will note your likes and dislikes as you view properties, then will filter out and not show you properties that do not fit your requirements. She will NOT waste your time!! She knows the area and is very in-tune with the local services infrastructure (e.g. internet providers/challenges, inspectors, utilities, etc.). What she doesn’t know off hand, she is very aggressive at researching the answers you will need. I cannot say I enough about her performance in support of our search! Matthew was the best realtor I could have asked for.
