I recently purchased a property offered by Matthew. After a few communications I decided to have him represent me as a "dual agent" where he represented both the seller and myself, the buyer. Two of my business acquaintances recommended against this but I had a gut feeling that I could trust Matthew. By using him as my buyers agent we were able to close the deal in short order at a satisfactorily negotiated price. Matthew followed through promptly and thoroughly with every request made. If I could give more stars I would! My husband and I knew we wanted to spend the last chapter of our lives in Sandpoint over 4 years ago. We sent many questions to various realtors, Jolena responded. She has been more than that for so long. Answering our many questions, and reviewing places we had questions about. You see we were in Hawaii. We cannot say enough, she truly cares about your venture. She looks out for you, she answers questions you never knew to ask, and answers those you ask. Nancy provides top rated real estate service. She is extremely professional and builds a team of other professionals to assist with your real estate buying quest. I believe her ability to quickly ascertain answers to my questions was central to my recent purchase. That being said, her drive to communicate with me is what sets her apart from others. If you are looking for a real estate professional in Red Lodge and the surrounding area, I would absolutely reach out to her. We listed/sold our Swan Lake property with Jennifer and were very pleased with the process. Very professional. We received showing reports which gave us instant feedback on what potential buyers liked and did not like about the property. This really helped us make some decisions as to potential upgrades and the listing price. A big plus as well was her support staff. Kathy Mansfield did a great job communicating with us and the process of showings and requests was seamless. When Jennifer was not available Kathy was. They are a good team. Jennifer's knowledge and expertise of that market ensures that we will be contacting her for any of our future real estate needs.

Nancy was so great to work with! She was immediately ready to help us with our home search and kept right with us as we went back and forth constantly on what we wanted and if we were really ready to move at the same time. When a home came up on the market while she was on vacation she was still doing everything for us on vacation! She went to bat for us when things were called out on our home and continued to fight for us all the way through the process. It would seriously have been a nightmare to get into this home without Nancy and her dedication to make sure everything was up to our expectations! I wouldn’t hesitate for even a second to recommend Nancy to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is incredibly honest and thorough! I hope we aren’t moving for a long while because she did such a great job helping us get into our new home, but the second we think about it we will be calling Nancy!
