Heather was awesome! My wife and I have very little experience with real estate, and she was always excited to answer all questions and help us feel comfortable and confident in our choices. She called back very quickly if she didn't pick up when we called. She was always sure to ask if we needed more help or had more questions and never made us feel like a burden or that we were asking too many questions. My husband & I met with Wendy several times to see various homes in the Benicia/Vallejo areas. She was always professional, and well-prepared, with MLS printouts of each home. After we’d seen the houses she’d selected for that day, she asked us for feedback so she could gather info about our likes and dislikes. Once we began working with her, she referred us to a wonderful mortgage company. The process really went smoothly. Wendy kept us informed throughout, and stayed in close contact by text. When we withdrew an offer due to expensive deferred maintenance, we requested that we see another home that we found the very next day. She didn’t question our decision, and she took us to see the home that we eventually purchased! It all worked out and we’re extrememly happy. We were totally pleased with our real estate experience with Wendy. She has a fun sense of humor, and was able to help us through the sometimes daunting amount of paperwork. We highly recommend Wendy to anyone who is looking for real estate. She will take excellent care of you!

We felt confident with Bobbi from the moment we met her. Throughout the entire process, we were always certain that she had our backs and was working for us. Being business owners for over 30 years, we have pretty high standards and Bobbi met all of them. She has excellent knowledge of the valley, was ALWAYS available and responsive to my texts or phone calls and is very personable and friendly. When push came to shove during the negotiation process, there was no question that she wanted to broker the very best deal and she achieved it. If we ever buy another property in this valley, Bobbi will be our go to girl.

Kerry is amazing! My husband and I moved from out of town so we weren’t really sure what we were looking for or where we wanted to be exactly. Kerry was so patient with us, Gave us great advice and responded to all my calls, txt and emails almost immediately!! Everyone she works with is amazing also! We ended up in a house we love and couldn’t have did it without Kerry! By far the best we have ever worked with! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!
