David was very patient with us as we worked through the sale of our home. We do our homework and tend ask a lot of questions. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly. He was always available when we called or texted. He is a true professional. David knows the local area really well and he seems to know everyone, which is very helpful when you need assistance. I have worked with David professionally and have gotten to know him personally. I would highly recommend him as a realtor, without any reservations.

Chance worked very quickly and professionally despite the obstacles we faced living in a different state, 1000 miles away. Chance went above and beyond to answer all our questions and help us remotely work through escrow. He instills a level of trust and respect and the close on the property could not have been smoother.

We had a very hard to find purchase in mind and not only did she work with us for weeks but when we finally found the place we were longing for she handled the entire purchase for us remotely since we could not get there. She even arranged for our final signing to take place in our area so we did not have to travel. I highly recommend her in fact we will be purchasing again in the near future and will only have her as our representative.

Danni knows everything there is to know about Missoula real estate, and worked tirelessly to help my partner and I find a home that we could afford (not an easy task in this market!) and, more important, love. We worked with Bethany when we first moved to Montana and were looking at buying land or a home. Although we decided to wait and not purchase at this time we spent a little over a month with her and were very pleased with her constant availability, constant contact and knowledge in the field.
