Wendy was excellent!!!! I owned two homes in Benicia and sold one on my own. After that experience I learned a lot about the realtors in Solano county and that it was not in my best interest to not use a realtor. With no hesitation I used Mrs. Wendy Widhalm to sell my second home. She was professional, honest, hard working, and well respected.
