Understands Flathead lake front property values are different than non-lakefront property values. He has seen values fall and rise in the past and did not pressure us to lower our asking price. He was very professional in negotiating with prospective buyers and communicated with us in a very timely manner. He told us exactly what to do, when to do it and followed through to make sure all the details were taken care of. This is the 2nd Flathead property David has sold for us. I needed help to sell a house. I was completely lost as to what to do, so I called Wendy. She immediately explained what I needed to do and we got started. Wendy laid out the time line and all of the things I was required to do. I was impressed with how Wendy made the process flow and kept me and the buyer on track to meet all the time lines. I have had the pleasure of working with Chris on several real estate transactions. I have bought land, house, sold a house, researched investment projects all with Chris.
