Our family had the best experience with Paul as our agent. We were looking for a home during a very stressful time and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to see us through it. Kerry was excellent to work with. I stopped in Billings to visit some relatives and in a 3 day time window Kerry found a place for me that was exactly what I was looking for and just a few weeks later it was mine. She knows the market inside and out. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I were looking for a vacation home and found Lacy Richter through Zillow. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, great at listening and steered us to the properties that would meet our needs and wants. When we finally found the vacation home we wanted, she was great at helping us determine fair market value, negotiating, and guiding us to finalize the sale. Lacy was easy to work with and consistently went above and beyond as a realtor. In addition, she also provided much information about local businesses to help us get settled into our new home. Cameron is detail oriented, motivated and caring person that knew exactly how to dissect this fast paced market. She worked diligently during regular hours and after hours to ensure that my wife and I truly knew what step of the process we were in as well as answer all our questions. Cameron built a really comfortable and close connection to us which made it easy to interact with her. She told us she would help find us a home during the crazy Montana surge and shortly after we were closing and moved into our new home.
