Being a first time home buyer, I was not familiar with the home buying process and all of the intricacies that were involved. Chance Wachholz from PurWest Realty made this whole experience so incredibly smooth and streamlined. He was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions as I had them. Since I was coming from out of state, he had gotten a good idea of exactly what I was looking for, and had sent me a list of houses before even coming to the area. When I came to look at the houses he was able to show me exactly the types of houses that I was seeking and I was able to buy a house after coming to look just once. During the negotiation phase Chance was able to help get everything that I asked for. Once I closed on the house he even gave me valuable advice on the next steps that wasn't apparent to me. When I go to sell this house I'll definitely be using Chance again! Whether you're buying your first house, or fifteenth - I recommend using Chance Wachholz for all your realty needs!

Devin Khoury is a crisp dollar bill amongst tarnished quarters when it comes to real estate agents. He is knowledgeable about the area and will act as a support system in the midst of an extremely fast market.
