When we went to sell my house we ran into a few issues on home inspections and she helped us solve the issues in a timely matter and kept an extremely positive attitude! With the market as crazy as it is she was on top of her game and keeping us updated whenever a new house showed up. When we finally did find a house that we really wanted she made it happen. We truly feel that Kerry Martinson is the best broker/realtor in Montana. We could always count on her, her timing was impeccable. The sell of our house included dealing with a relo company that asked for more than most. Kerry handled them and everything else with such tact and professionalism. Which took a huge load off of us. But that’s Kerry. She really does her job well, with integrity...which is hard to find in this day and age. We cannot say enough good things about Kerry. If you want to buy a house or sell one, she’s the realtor to hire. She will give you her all no matter the price or size of the home.
